Other Fees

Full Management Service - 10% of Monthly Rent + VAT

We will take care of everything in relation to letting your property from advertising and marketing, referencing and credit checking applicants through to organising contractors for repairs and ensuring rents are paid on time. One off Letting Fee £350 + VAT.

Tenant Search Only Service - First months Rent + VAT

We will advertise and market your property, reference and credit check for your potential tenant and prepare the tenancy agreements for you.

Tenancy Deposit Scheme:-

A charge of £25.00 (+ VAT) will be applied for registering the tenancy deposit into the scheme administered by ‘The Deposit Protection Service’. More details of their scheme can be found at www.depositprotection.com

Inventory Charges:-

Photographs only (no report) - £75.00 (+ VAT)

Unfurnished property - £150.00 (+ VAT)

Part furnished property - £200.00 (+ VAT)

Furnished property - £250.00 (+ VAT)

Tenancy Renewal Fee:-

£60.00 (+ VAT)

EPC

£120 (+ VAT) valid for 10 years

Gas and Electrical Certificates:

Gas - £95 (no VAT) valid 1 year

Electric - £175.00 (+ VAT) valid for 5 years

End of Tenancy:-

£75.00 (+ VAT)
