Other Fees

Reference checking of all tenants and guarantors - £75.00 (plus 20% VAT)

Quarterly property inspections - £45.00 (plus 20% VAT)

Check-In and Check-Out - £60.00 (plus 20% VAT)

Deposit Protection Scheme

A charge of £25.00 (plus 20% VAT) will be applied for registering the tenancy deposit into the scheme administered by The Deposit Protection Scheme.

Inventory Charges – Per Tenancy

Photographs only (no report) ~ £75.00 (plus 20% VAT) (up to 2 bedrooms) + £15.00 (plus 20% VAT) per additional bedroom

Unfurnished property ~ £150.00 (plus 20% VAT) (up to 2 bedrooms) + £25.00 (plus 20% VAT) per additional bedroom

Part furnished property ~ £200.00 (plus 20% VAT) (up to 2 bedrooms) + £35.00 (plus 20% VAT) per additional bedroom

Furnished property ~ £250.00 (plus 20% VAT) (up to 2 bedrooms) + £45.00 (plus 20% VAT) per additional bedroom

Tenancy Renewal Fee

£60.00 (plus 20% VAT)

Energy Performance Certificate (valid for 10 years):

£100.00 (plus 20% VAT)

Gas & Electrical Certificates

Gas ~ £85.00 (plus 20% VAT) plus extras if any repairs are required.

Electric ~ £175.00 (plus 20% VAT) valid for 5 years. Excluding any repairs

End of Tenancy inspection

£75.00 (plus 20% VAT)

Serving of Notice (Section 8 or Section 21):
